  1. Package the item securely, making sure to include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.  

  1. Attach the return authorization number to the package.  

  1. Ship the package back to us using a reliable shipping method. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure the safe delivery of your return.  

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it is in its original condition. If everything checks out, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.  

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund.
